Paul Peart Smith is a comics artist and writer whose work has appeared in 2000AD, Horrible Histories, Marvel UK and Sony Games. His keen interest in culture and politics led to his creator-owned graphic novel One Plus One. He also adapted W. E. B. Du Bois’s Souls of Black Folk for Rutgers University Press. His latest adaptation, An Indigenous Peoples's History of the United States, is being published by Beacon Press. Paul's newsletter the INKSKULL promotes mental health and the best of comics. He currently lives with his family in Tasmania, Australia.
